Delivery

Within the UK delivery is free and will be within one week of purchase using a tracked & signed for service.
Delivery overseas (available worldwide) will take longer and also use a tracked and signed for service. Postage of small & medium pieces will cost £15 for one item. Postage of large pieces will be £20. Please contact me for international orders so I can confirm the cost.
Please note that I cannot offer refund or cancellation once you have placed an order.  However, if your items are damaged in transit, please provide a proof and contact me within three days of receipt via the contact form.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. It is advised that proof of postage is obtained for a returned item.

Once the item is posted, you will receive an email notification. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties.
